Today I went into your store and for the first time I had a pedicure done. I gotta tell you feet are not the prettiest and so when I went in there, I was quite embarrassed at what my feet and toes look like. My specialist Michelle was awesome. She loves her job so much and she has been there 28+ years. I’m sure she’s been there longer. I can’t remember but my gosh, very friendly courtesy knowledgeable, and I’m gonna be going back to see her again for a man getting a pedicure, she made me feel so comfortable. Booked Mother’s Day Massage and Facials. They just called today, 2 weeks out, saying their massage therapist is going to be on vacation.. It has been booked over a month keep in mind. Unacceptable.
