Teresa is very unprofessional and not as knowledgeable as she should be for a receptionist. She will just tell you what you want to hear to get you off of the phone, with no actual answers or information to what you inquired about. Please train your employees to enjoy & DO their job!!
Customer service is non existent here. What is the point of making an appointment if all they are going to do is make you wait an hour to get service. Would never recommend this place EVER!
