Good stuff
Came here with a jewelry repair, and they gave me a great price, and got it done within 24 hours. Other shops quoted me at over double what they did it here for, and said it would take a week.
I resized my ring there. The job was done okay but the customer service was not good. When I asked politely a few times to check the serial number of my diamond, the guy couldn’t do it and told me that no one would take lab-grown diamond because they are so cheap. I was offended because it was my engagement ring. I don’t think someone especially a diamond seller should make such comment in front of a customer. And my request was very simple. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there.
