Lived in a unit here in 2021-2023. No visible signs of mold at all but it was present in the building somewhere, probably inside the walls. Got incredibly sick living here. It was so bad at the end that my roommate and I were sleeping in the living room, running air purifiers and dehumidifiers 24/7, and going to the sauna 2x a day. The visit was quiet and simple.
Dealing with the management co., isn't always pleasant, and we've been able to bank on our renewal rent increases, for the last 5 yrs. The location is very good, with easy access to transit. Overall, its been a small, yet usable space.
