If I could give 0 stars I would. I simply reached out to request an ARC application on behalf of a homeowner, and they gave me a ridiculous amount of attitude. I explained that the homeowner is 85years old and requested my help with this, so if there was any chance that they could call the homeowner that lives in their community. They said absolutely not because they are not going to assist me with a sale… I spoke to two different people, neither one would give me their name, yelled at me, and hung up on me mid sentence. Change the name to "Inept" Management. My HOA just hired these morons. I get NO monthly assessment statements from them. I called them & they blamed me for not making my payments. I won't let them into my bank account, so I send them checks & they never get cashed. Now I'm in arrears. I've dealt with a lot of management companies, but these fools take the CROWN for incompetence.
Horrible management company. Have been dragging a financial issue for months. One person handles the finances and is unavailable to do so at the moment, so apparently I can’t get my money back till she returns.( this is 2 1/2 months already) If the tables were turned, and I was ill, and unable to make payments they would have collections on it in no time.
Excellent. We like the local business service we receive. We are always treated like VIPs.
