Technician came the next day & receptionist was very helpful
Worst customer service. Like the other reviewer, no show on the day. Ended up calling upon second notice to see if I have to book a time as that was the case with first notice without mentioning such info. Lady staff on the phone kept telling "you need to be at home" and hung up. Very inappropriate behaviour.
