RecommendedAdena in Chillicothe is one of the best places I have ever been to the treated me like I was family. They helped me anyway they could possible. i was having anxiety attack over having a surgery done and everyone there was really helpful. They checked on me every chance they got abd if I needed anything they went and got it. this hospital in Adena should have 5 out of 5 stars
Don't misplace your patients. I was given a number to call for my dad. When I call you say he is not on your list. When you transferred me to the nurses station, it rang two times before being disconnected. You asked me to try again in 10 minutes. I did, you still have no clue where he is.

When my daughter had seizures the paramedics were really rude and insulting to her. When she got to the ER you told her she was having a panic attack and gave her an Ativan. Seriously incompetent and we will make sure that our insurance and money goes to another hospital.
Worst experience ever! Please keep your family away from this hell hole of a hospital.
PLEASE do not go to the emergency room in Chillicothe Ohio if you do not want to catch COVID 19! My grandma just tested positive and we live an hour away! They told us to come pick her up or they where going to put her in the waiting room until someone comes to get her!! I’ve never spoke so someone so rude in my life!
We had a very difficult time trying to navigate your COVID testing for my son who has developmental and physical disabilities. Between your primary care and urgent care, I could not get a straight and consistent answer. I attempted to schedule a time he could be tested while staying in our vehicle. No one could make that happen. I was told I could give a time we would arrive, but he could potentially wait in the car for hours, waiting his turn.
