Maybe I’m spoiled due to Soin and Kettering setting such a high bar or their offices just know how to function accordingly. If it weren’t for the amount of appointments I have to attend, due to high risk in my pregnancy, I would’ve continued to make the commute. Expect to wait AT LEAST a half hour after your scheduled time. Majority of the staff are not welcoming. It’s a shame because Dr. Lopez has been absolutely wonderful, but everything else has been a 0/5 star.
Wishing there was a 0 rating at this time I’ve been here for 20 minutes waiting to be checked in!! All I need is blood work and had 1 person in front of me. In this 20 minutes they have taken at least 4 now 5 people in front of me. To get checked in should be first come first serve basis. Not happy with this and this is why people decide to go else where.
Always have good care here! The dr and staff are great!
