Be careful they will make an appointment for you even if it wasn’t you. Hadn’t seen this office in a year. There needs to be other verification means other than name and date of birth, which are pretty common.
Serena Miller is a very good CNP. She is attentative to my concerns and is very thorough. I am very pleased with the care I receive and with all the support staff.
