I sent my employee there with my vehicle to put a used tire on my car. My wheel lock is 4 days old i just got it from the dealer. They broke the wheel lock by using an impact gun on it while doing it. The worker was tryna tell me that it was the BMW dealerships fault for putting it on to tight. I guarantee you he tried tightening it first on accident and broke my wheel lock. Doesn’t help either that he had to wait 2 hours just for a used tire. Waste of time, very unprofessional, and liars.
