The people are nice, but are bad with processing insurance claims. I got braces at Adelphi, and they submitted my dental claims late. Then, when I asked them to reimburse me the difference of what they charged me vs my dental insurance rates, they've made no progress with reimbursing me. They don't respond to my emails, and when I call they tell me that they're working on it. I've been trying to get everything sorted out for about 2 years now. I have had a very good experience going to this place for many years. The Adelphi Dental Associates staff has been very friendly to me and my family. It is also very convenient because it is close to my place. I recommend this place because the staff is very friendly. Thank you to the staff.
Charged $200 for a consultation and Dr barely even evaluated me. Waited months just to be told insurance wouldn’t cover my extraction. Went to another dentist and insurance covered everything. Idk if they aren’t billing correctly or what but I don’t recommend this office.
