Sent 2 extra large boxes for shipment for the 1st time in April 2021 from Dallas to Nigeria. This is October 2022, no word on my shipment. They just vanished into thin air with my goods . No apologies or responses to quests about my shipment. Highly unreliable set of people. Caused me so much loss.
I just drove about 15 miles to the location in Arlington just to get the unfortunate news that this location has been closed for about six months. And had to double back by driving all the way to the Dallas location for about 40 minutes and it's still the same bad news. The sad part is, it shows they're open on Google, but actually closed in reality. As a business owner, the least you can do is leave a notice if one of your location is closed for business.
