Dr. Mark was excellent!! He was extremely kid friendly and did everything he could to make my kids feel comfortable. He was able to answer our questions and also give us tips on certain things we needed to know. Loved him!
The Dr was fabulous. The check out women was horrible. No reassurance of the situation what so ever. When I stated my daughter gets cranky if she fasts till 2 in the afternoon the women stated "well your child isn't the only one to get like that." Instead reassurance I got negative attitude and overall rude statements. The following day I picked up her films and left the practice. The Dr was amazing though he was very good with her.

The bathroom smelled awful and was filthy. We were never introduced by the dentist or assistant. The reception staff was the only good part of the experience. Since when did dentists start using a toothbrush on your child and send you home with the used one rather than a new one? Especially after the visit costs around $200?
Met Janice at reception and she was very friendly amd help us feel confortable. Also Dr. Erika Montalvan was great.
Josh's hygienist was great!!!
My son felt very comfortable with the Dentist and assistant. He left the office saying "mom I love coming to the dentist." To me that was a big deal and meant the Dr did everything to make him feel comfortable and not afraid. It really worked so far.
The Drs advice was very helpful. My husband and I appreciated the way he gave us advice. We saw no judgement in his part, he's very good with his advice on how to help our children keep their teeth clean and healthy. The assistant was also a charm with our children. They felt very confortable with both.
I wish the waiting area were a little cleaner...other than that the staff was great!
