Didn't check whether my plan was accepted until I got there for my appointment, even though I gave them my insurance info when I scheduled my appointment. Told me I had to reschedule for weeks later when my plan would be accepted. Absolute joke of an office.
Surprised this place is still operating as they are literal thieves. The male Dr. tried to charge my mom a 20 dollar fee in order to sign her handicapped paperwork. Came to realize that he has actually been charging 20 dollars for every visit (apart from the co pay) and every document that needs his signature. Their main clientele must be only Spanish speaking people that might not know any better and that’s the only reason they are still around. The two friendly ladies working in the front really helped me with my FMLA process and scheduling when I need to see my Dr. Dr Jimenez is aknowledgeable and helpful.
