Dragged my case for 2 year. They kept promising I'd get some money back from the compensation, but in the end, I couldn't even cover the costs. Total waste of time and money!! The owner of the business Serina Pace is very very unprofessional and refused to fulfil what her clerks promised, "I will get some money back." and even threatening me will get big trouble if I don't accept the lawyer fee.

My case went for 3 years. Although communication was very good and the people friendly. I received a 1/3 of what they said I would get. The fees were nearly as much as I received 😩
