Unfortunately their treatment of existing clients, ones who have been with them for nearly 20 years, is very poor. Their refusal to adopt technologies that other banks have adopted years ago is frustrating to say the least. The excuses they use also, are less than convincing.
Smart phone app needs to be updated. Also, cards cannot be added to the iphone wallet. Bit of a let down. And, it takes a good day to transfer funds to another bank. Other than that, everyone that i have spoken to are lovely and helpful. Happy i made the move from my previous bank.
good rates but banking App is not great and their communication is very poor if you need help
Good home loan rates but a VERY archaic online banking platform. Takes ages to transfer money to anyone. They really should get with the times like their counterpart (Bendigo)!
