I went in for a simple gel removal as my first and only experience. First the technician tried to scrape my nails off without any soaking. I'm a nail newbie, but even I knew that was wrong. I asked if she was going to soak them and she brought out the bowl of acetone and told me to soak them for 10 minutes. I guess she got bored because barely 3 minutes of uncomfortable silence later, she started swapping my hands in and out for 60-90 seconds at a time as she drilled the gel entirely off my fingers to the point of pain and c... read more
This place is awesome! So beautiful and very clean! We came to get pedicures and they were just so great! They even give you your own set of nail items to use each time you come! Highly recommend!
Not very nice to me :( rushed me and no message
This place was OK. Not a relaxing experience, felt like I was on a production line.
I just had a pedicure done by David and it was wonderfully relaxing and done just the way I like it. I would definitely recommend this salon to everyone. It is always busy and they accommodate everyone with or without an appointment. This is my go to salon and will be for as long as I'm in Vancouver.
Sarah Does my nails & she does fabulous job, fast, friendly reasonably priced. And I bring my own nail color which freaks her out every time, I bring mood color change polish
