I contacted Darrell from out of state to help my father, who lives in Waterloo, get his air conditioner up in running. This is most certainly a unique situation for Adel and Darrell went out of his way to help make sure we got the right part fast! It is hard to find great customer service like this and people who genuinely care about their customers! Thanks again Darrell!
