Dr Farooqi is very attentive & listens to my concerns. He guides me in the right direction. To be a good doctor the doctor has to have excellent bedside manners & Dr Farooqi does…he talks to me as if I am his mother or grandmother which I greatly appreciate. Until my next appointment…thank you Dr Farooqi for your patience & kindness.
Dr. Farooqi listens. He hears you and sees you. I had several complaints regarding my husbands recent health issues and Dr. Farooqi was the only dr that listened. He understood my concerns. I’m not a fan of TGH USF, since TGH removed the personal doctor / patient experience and now is nothing but whatever is on a computer screen. No one looks at the patient and sees and listens to a patient anymore. But Dr. Farooqi looked at me and my husband…and listened. And understood. And helped us! The best care I’ve ever received!! I spent a lot of last year being told that my issues were anxiety related & at my first appointment, Adeel Farooqi actually listened to me & came up with a game plan to further investigate things with bloodwork, referrals, imaging, etc leading me to finally getting a diagnosis. I’m really thankful that he is my provider & know that I’m in great hands! Thank you!!
Scheduled a new patient appointment one week in advance via MyChart. Contacted the office Monday December 29th And spoke with receptionist who informed me they do accept my insurance. Received phone call January 2nd one hour before new patient appointment stating that my insurance is not in network (even though it is listed as being in network on my insurance website )and that this appointment will be cancelled. Then told by receptionist very curtly "I'm not sure who you spoke with"
Dr Adeel Farooqui has been so outgoing and friendly, since day one he has treated me like someone he has known forever. Every time I go it's like an old friend he has not seen for a long time. Adeel is kind, caring and compassionate. Adeel listens to me and even more importantly he hears me. Adeel takes my medical health and conditions extremely serious. Adeel is jovial and professional.
