How does a management company justify a 3 day notice today, given Covid quarantine?? especially when the tenant has requested one of their deposits (double deposit) be applied in good will to their rent?? Especially when they ignored a letter written 2 weeks ago regarding a toxic home which has resulted in a pulmonary disease?? Run from this company, they are shysters. They are begging for a lawsuit.
DO NOT USE these people. They are trying to rent house not up to code telling me I'm wrong, when I bring up the house isn't a 4 bedroom because it doesn't have a means of egress in two of the rooms. The answer I got back was ...everyone does it. When asked about cleaning she became shorter and snapped that they did but when I showed pictures to prove it wasn't all I got was I don't have a answer. Dishonest company that takes advantage of the disabled. Belittles renters. Customer service is horrible.
I have had the displeasure of dealing with ADEA for the last 14 years as my HOA hires them to maintain the condo complex I live in and where own a unit. They are not responsive, show a genuine lack of care in practice of business. They hire contractors who do sub par work and don't take care when problems arise. Their condo guy only works afternoons so it takes forever to get anything done when he does bother to get back to you. They are horrible, avoid this company if you can. They basically took the money of my application and They didn't give me any answer. So, they stole my money, I asked them to turn it back and they didn't. My advice is to look for other companies, paying 40 dollars for nothing is a shame.
I've really enjoyed my time renting from this company. They've been super cool & understanding. Great company!
I will never rent from another rental company again. Sooooo goooood
