I visited Addus today to inquire about services provided & any job availabilities...the ladies were very pleasant & helpful!
Addus Home Care is by far the worst company ever . The staff is so unprofessional and lack integrity and respect. They treat there employees like disposable human beings and they neglect and don’t follow policies to the best interest of the clients. They are greedy and untrustworthy. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone let alone trust them with our elderly. All they care about is money.

If there was a way to give zero stars i would. staff is rude and presumptuous, no one to answer the phone or help with customer issues. I keep requesting home health AIDs that will work well with my service animal. yet this company continues to send me home health aids that do not like service dogs. What in the world is the problem I simply want a home health aid that will work well with me and my service dog .do better Addus Homecare this is the third request. Im going elsewhere and others to do the same
