Great care people. Management isn't great at scheduling caregiver employees. Phone communication is a problem. Actually, communication in general is a problem. But the people are nice. They try.
Never show, never call back. Don't care about their clients. Because your worker quit without notice it's a client fault and they don't try and get you help right away.
Its ok,except lacking providers not enough help to provide services taking homemakers away from regular customers and sending them to cover another
Addus is to help my sister twice a week but most time she has to call they never call her they say they will but don't today a complete no show halftime she has to beg for someone to show up
