I tried Addus home care, the Care giver they sent had multiple personalities and an evil side, I fired her. Addus then said the would find a replacement Care giver, after 4 days of waiting, I posted my own self on Carina and found my own Care giver. My new Care giver had her own provider number and did not have to go thru Addus. So Addus is gone. I gave them a two rating when it should have been a one.
They had great services and when a caregiver wasn’t available they would always send in another to fill in! They are truly an amazing company
I work for addus homecare they are great, and Dana is the best boss I’ve ever had. I get to work with the best coworkers ever and our caregivers are great.
They have the best caregivers. My mother with dementia was taken care of so well! Addus was always willing to work with my schedules.
Based on the reviews it doesn’t surprise me, I was a previous worker for addus! Everything was going fine until my checks were being cut. Addus wanted to accuse me for not doing my cell track for time clock correctly, yet this was happening even before we were required to use an app. The pay roll manager I believe is Jennifer needs a drug test, she never communicates on her end with us about our payroll, and there was even a time I was overpaid, and like everyone else I didn’t check my checking because I have automatic direc... read more
