My wife have been under addus for almost 6 months now in that time she has had 9 different care Givers I have spoke to Margaret and Christina regarding that my wife needs someone that she can get use to but every time they send someone here they gone with in a week or they don't show up the day they supposed to then I call the office and ask where the care Giver is and they tell me they quit that they would haft to find someone else and usually they don't have no one else to come in but the thing is the office does not call ... read more
My wife have been under addus for 6 months now and ever time she starts to get use to her care Giver they up and pull them and put some body else in here and office people always say oh the person they got to come is so nice. We will like them. That usually not the problem it's just they use you as a door step to something better comes alone for them. But I am getting ready to stir up some hell here shortly. My advice to anyone that's needs a caregiver service stay away from addus. I am telling you with experience
I truly enjoy working for this company!!!! They truly care about their clients and their workers!!!!! I would highly recommend to anyone needing help or assistance with a loved one to give this company a call!! The workers in the office have always treated me with respect, been quick to help me with any questions that I might have or the clients!!! Some of the best people I’ve ever met
