Good communication but they have no providers to help..so you go without any assistance at all. They'll tell you they do, but they do not.
we have only had Reagan in our home for about 6weeks helping with my home bound husband, she is with us 5days a week 3 hours a day, she is very l knowledgeble in care of older physically challenged. She is so kind and caring always knows what needs to be done and takes care of it. I really do not have enough words to describe how pleased we have been with Addus Home Care and our wonderful aid Reagan Bonnie Kuntz
Been working with them 4 yrs now .the staff are nice ..
