I was approved for some help and yes they called me set it up and for the 1st visit they were a no show. I called the office and 1 of the staff tells me they tried calling me to let me know. That was a lie. I never got any call from them or the person that was coming out. This place is a joke and the staff there are liars. I don't need nor do I want people like this in my home or taking care of myself or loved ones. So find someone or some place else. I sure am.
