I was approved for some help and yes they called me set it up and for the 1st visit they were a no show. I called the office and 1 of the staff tells me they tried calling me to let me know. That was a lie. I never got any call from them or the person that was coming out. This place is a joke and the staff there are liars. I don't need nor do I want people like this in my home or taking care of myself or loved ones. So find someone or some place else. I sure am.
Addus had marketing materials delivered to my Lancaster home. Days after I responded, a rep, Lisa Moree, showed up WITHOUT an appointment, demanded that I fill out a stack of forms, including my debit card info, didn't follow up until DAYS later, ignoring my emails, and decided they aren't staffed to service my address, the one THEY marketed to and came out to meet me. A waste of my, valuable time and ADDUS HAS NOT returned the forms containing my presonal info AND debit card account number!!!!!!!!!!! SHAME ON ADDUS!!!!!!!!!... read more
