Was having trouble getting my own documents from the ADP app and they literally didn’t wanna help treated me like I wasn’t just Employed there had to call HR just to get help!!!
I signed up for services through my supplemental insurance and Lifeline button. I like the service, I have a very nice young lady that comes and cleans once a week. I especially like that she does my trip to the laundromat for me. Never any problems with any part of the operation. But I think I like doing the stuff myself, it gives me something to do and a reason to get out of my easy chair. This place is ridiculous. Alexis is unprofessional, rude and disrespectful she hangs up on people when they try to get help. They never answer emails, messages or phone calls and when they do they actually HANG UP on people . They call employees liars and all of the women that work there in the office are never in the office!!! Alexis should be fired immediately and get a position as a bill collector that is all she is suited for with her horrible disposition. This has to be the worst company, the supervisor Becki and one of her national cohorts Tracy Stine have went out of their way to sabotage family visits, they go out of their way to lie in open court, maybe someone should step up and relieve them two of their jobs.
