Not a good company at all
This Company would have much better reviews if only the higher ups could get their Rockford management in check. It’s so disappointing to see people just sit around and do pretty much nothing. I say this because when I went into orientation in person, I could hear lots of chatter in the back. When the phone rang, not ONE person picked it up.
