Well, where do I start? This company is not about doing what is best for their clients. Stacy, who I believe is the manager of the Decatur branch, is absolutely horrible! Stacy set a schedule in the beginning. Then about week two, she changed the schedule that best meet our needs to something that met the needs of her employees. So we had to adjust our schedule around thie employee's schedule. We would not receive a call if the employee had to cancel for the day, and we were NEVER sent an employee replacement. They continuously cancel visits for DCFS clients without any notice, or show up late. It is so disappointing for the parents and especially the children. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

I need vocation from Addus office workers. Worked there almost for 9 years and most of them so disrespectful to me especially Jenifer. I hear that from my clients as well. She needs to go. But I love my clients. I do this job not for this company but for the people I serve. Kate I miss you.
