This company is extremely unreliable. I called to get a price for a few replacement parts, I was told I would receive a phone call back within a few hours. APPROXIMATELY 2 WEEKS LATER, I received a voicemail stating the cost of the parts and they wanted to know if I still wanted them. I returned the call and the person who answered said they would be out that day to service by machine, no one showed up. I never heard back.
