They do not care about their customers. I had money in my savings and could no longer save due to the effects of this pandemic. They decided to charge me a fee and now I have negative balances in my savings account. Now I must pay them to close out my savings. I was a member there for 14 years.

So I went to the St Cloud branch this morning to make a payment on my grandmother’s credit card. I placed cash, her credit card and her ID in the tube. I was asked for my ID which I did not have because I lost my wallet one week ago and therefore am awaiting my replacement (additional financial could have seen that to be true as I have canceled my cards with them as well and those were in my wallet as well). they are scammers. we have a cc that has a credit balance. the card is in my husband's name, but I am an authorized user. I requested a card in my name 8 days ago and still haven't received it. I went into the bank to take cash from our credit and they refused me. we will be switching banks. they are totally screwed up. it's our money and they refuse to give it to me.

LACK OF COMMUNICATION is your main issue. also waiting almost two weeks for my funds to be refunded to me due to fraudulent activities with no communication from the credit union unless I initiate communication is NOT GOOD for business. makes me regret referring four people to your bank.

After 35 years at this bank I am closing my account. Gone downhill. Such a shame as they were once very good bank. Why don't banks care about their longtime customers?

Hold checks and cash 💰 teller line is 25 minutes wait. Hold money 3-4 days. Sorry to see CFE go been with this bank since 1982. Will be looking for a New Bank.

Due to the incompetence of this institution, the company I work for has no access to its website. This prevents us from (1) conducting business with new and existing clients (2) continuing with our day to day activities (3) this in turn, reduces our online reach and affects not only the owner, but the employees and their families during what we all know is a turbulent time in the pandemic!!! Addition Financial 's tech support gives terrible customer. They are never informed and constantly red flag things they they know are fine on my account. They say sorry, but never do anything about it. I haven't left a bad review in years, but this time I am happy to because of the sheer amount of time I've had to spend getting the most simple of questions answered on my account. Don't go with these people!
