New workers-Poor Service We have been bringing our pets to this Clinic for 18 years, and recently the staff was overhauled. The new workers are some of the most unfriendly and poorly trained people in the area. One of our dogs escaped, and luckily she was found and brought to the clinic. We were treated like criminals and accused of letting her escape. We were forced to fill out her license information even though she had her tags and it was on file. Best Vets Around I have been going to Addison Vet Clinic since I was a teenager with my first pet cat. I have been going ever since with my growing brood of many pets. I can not put into words the wonderful care my pets and I have always gotten their for the past 20 years. From the beginning with Dr. Kelly to now with his son. Great Vet Doc Kelly/Junge saved three of our puppies over the past few years..Once coming in the office in the middle of the night to save our yorkie puppy.They stayed up all night with us and the puppy at the office on a holiday weekend and only charged us $50.00! Then called later in the day to make sure she was still doing OK. We love Dr. Kelly and Dr. Junge! Now that you can make appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays, it's easier to be seen but well worth the wait either way!!
Awesome! Been going there for years Exceptional!!! We live in the Detroit area and drive 1 hr 20 mins. to see Dr. Kelly. We wouldn't go anywhere else! He is so compassionate and knowledgable! We recently had to have our dog put down and he came out to our van to do it so our dog wouldn't be scared. Can't beat the prices either. Well worth the wait!
