Addison Square Apartments is a great place to live. Everything is top of the line. Hector , one of the maintenance men, does a fantastic job keeping the place clean. He does an amazing job cleaning the elevators and keep the pool area clean and supplied with towels. He is friendly and is an asset to the complex. Oscar and Dave, the other maintenance men, also do a super job fulfilling the maintenance requests. They are both also an asset to the community. I love this community! The amenities are second to none! Where else do you see an apartment community having its own bowling alley and INDOOR basketball court!? I'm a HUGE amenities kinda guy, so this place was definitely the place for me. Having one month free rent because of my move-in date was also goated and very nice of the apartment to do that! Excellent customer service! Antonio V. went above and beyond, even staying after hours to make sure our application was submitted successfully. He let us tour the property multiple times and worked with us patiently to help us find the perfect fit.
My experience has been wonderful since move in. I can not say enough about Kristina Case. She sold me on this complex, listened to what I was looking for and found me the perfect apartment. The amenities are amazing and the location is perfect. I also have to give a shout out to Antonio for his help in place of Kristina. They are a great asset to this complex.
