Update: we are actually loving life at Addison Square! All our issues have been resolved and they are quick to solve any issues we have!! We’ve been here for about 3 weeks and there have been some issues . Our apartment had never been lived in before and didn’t come with hooks or towel rings in our bathroom. They put in towel rings yesterday but were still waiting for hooks. Also, we were excited to use a grill down by the pool and when we tried to cook, one grill was out of order and the other was barely working! So disappo... read more

Just read the other reviews around the same time frame. I'm disabled and was painted in! Unable to use the elevator or the far end. I don't want to be here but stuck on semantics so I'll keep updating this with the usual. I've had roof leaks twice. They turned off the codes to prevent people from sneaking in. Don't do anything when you let them know about that or a complaint. Want to charge for decals or dial yourself every time. Don't put something on the grill if it works, after dark.
