First year rent was $2150, second year was $2350, and now the house is going for $2650. Not only does it have a poor a/c system, but the landscaping always leaves the backyard doors open leaving dogs to escape their house, it’s extremely hard to exit out or this community because you only have 2 ways to do so, and if you take dee Gabriel you have people trying to run you off the road all the time, if you take the other way people try to for 4 people in that tiny intersection. Great new community near Austin and close to the airport. Amazing amenity center and 2 nice pools.

I am currently in the build process with Brookfield for a property in Addison South. While we’ve had some bumps along the way, things have shaken out pretty well. We had expressed interest in a floorplan here, but they didn’t have any available at the time of interest. Colin, our sales rep, followed up with us to let us know that the floorplan we were interested in became available.
