They did a good job repairing a leak but the charge was outrageous for something that didn’t even take 30 minutes. They charged us $325 for just a simple basic under the sink leak. If it was an emergency then it might be worth it but next time we will have to try someone else for something so simple because that price is way too much. I was truly satisfied with this company. I called this morning and the lady I spoke to was really nice and she got me an appt for today. Mason came out and fixed my air and was so polite and even told me about the yearly maintenance plan. I have been married for 37 yrs and out of everyone I have ever used no one has ever offered any kind of plan like that. I'm so thankful to have a new place to do my heat and air from now own. Worst heating and air company I ever had the displeasure of doing business with, I wouldn’t recommend Addison Smith’s services to my worst enemy. Bad communication, inconsistent service, the employees aren’t very friendly and are very abrasive. Faulty products not built to last. Take your energy & time and go somewhere else. These people are so disrespectful, unhelpful, not understanding, and will do anything to make you pay more. Not a very good experience with them at all. This company saved the day! I am hosting a bachelorette party at my house…. And the AC goes out and it’s 90 degrees. I called Addison Smith at 10 PM, They had a technician out, Allan, By 11 PM and fixed by 11:30 PM. Allan was quick and professional and was very willing to work even in the middle of the night. I will definitely be setting up a service plan with them!
