I’ve found them difficult to coordinate with. Someone answers the phone, but they can’t seem to actually help. They always transfer the call, and then that person doesn’t answer and you have to leave voicemails. Then it’s a coin flip whether they’ll actually follow up. The good news is there is no shortage of competitors who will answer and prioritize your job.
Outside heating unit started going wonkers 6:30 a.m. right in the midst of a historical ice-storm. Sounded like a loud portable generator running off fumes in the back of my home. Called multiple HVAC companies and Addison Smith was the one whom honored their 24hr emergency response. McKinley (technician) came out and inspected the ENTIRE unit and discovered that my electrical heat pump outside unit was freezing up and needed coolant asap.
