Happy with the service I received from Addison-Smith’s Willard and Allen today.
Great experience! It was time for a tune up and we had an issue with what we though was the unit making noise. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day! And I'm so thankful they were as we ended up having a different issue that could have ended very badly. Willard and his co-worker were great. They made sure I understood exactly that was happening through the whole process and exactly how the issue was resolved. Pricing was more than fair! Would 100% have them out again.
These guys are the best. Woke up to busted waterline this morning... Zach was here within an hour on a Saturday morning and had everything up and running within an hour. He went above and beyond to get it fixed, even after running into a few hiccups. He was fair on the price and gave me options and advice for the future. This is the second time I've used them. The first time was just as good for my furnace a few years ago. Great company and great employees!
I contacted Addison Smith Mechanical Contractors rearding cleaning the HVAC duct work in my home. I spoke with Joyce initially who answered all my questions and described the process to me and I scheduled the work with her for the following week.
