This company saved the day! I am hosting a bachelorette party at my house…. And the AC goes out and it’s 90 degrees. I called Addison Smith at 10 PM, They had a technician out, Allan, By 11 PM and fixed by 11:30 PM. Allan was quick and professional and was very willing to work even in the middle of the night. I will definitely be setting up a service plan with them!
Called on a Friday morning about a leak in finished basement that I thought was from the ice maker line in main floor kitchen. Technicians arrive in the afternoon and David immediately diagnosed the problem as a dishwasher leak. I opted to have him replace/install the dishwasher. David ordered the appliance & had it delivered to my house on Sunday. The tech showed up quickly, especially considering it was late in the evening. He was professional, explained what was wrong (capacitor failure), and what he was doing as he went. He made sure we were satisfied before wrapping up, and I appreciated that. They were transparent about pricing upfront — no surprises there — but the cost still felt high even for emergency work.
