They seem to be nice at first but if you come across hard times things will change immediately as I personally learned this lesson the hard way very quickly. I wasn’t never late on my rent until I lost my job and was only a couple of days late and they started to hassle me and trust me the will pretty much double your rent with extra late fees making it harder for you to catch up on payments and file an eviction against you and force you to pay the next month in advance in order to stay which is impossible if you’re already ... read more
I lived here for 6 years and I loved it. The office staff are lovely; Erica Leslie, the manager, is very responsive. I became disabled while living there and needed accessible parking. There was another resident in my building using the only accessible parking space. I asked if they could add another space and they did. I am so grateful for that! The maintenance staff are prompt, efficient and friendly. I adore all of them. I moved because of mobility issues, otherwise I would have never left. I can't recommend them enough. ... read more
