Verified Renter Overall place isn't bad, from a street view it's a nice looking complex. Some tenants don't care to maintain the place throw trash around the lot, makes it harder for the groundskeepers who are pretty good about cleaning up after these people. Lack of lighting in bedrooms is odd but not the biggest deal. Main concern here would be the quality of maintenance.

Verified Renter The only positive thing I have to say about Addison Park is that, the leasing office staff are very polite and helpful. When I initially moved in there were several issues with the apartment from cleanliness, appliances, and insects. Two and half weeks have gone by and three out of at least twenty-items on my list have been "completed." I would not recommend anyone to stay at Addison Park apartments.
