Everything worked out! I came to Addison Lane to view an apartment and needed to move ASAP. But, due to my work schedule, it’s been hard to make it to the leasing office before closing. I wanted to transfer to a different apartment, and she went above and beyond to help make the process as smooth and quick as possible. Trust me when I tell you that you don’t want to experience the horrors of Addison lane. My whole experience living here has been a nightmare. Broken “amenities”, roach infestation, rude office staff, tons of additional fees, random charges posted to my account, etc. I received an email out of the blue two months into living here with a balance of $0 on my account that I needed to pay $500 or they were going to start the eviction process. When I called, they told me THEY had lost my security deposit cashier’s check from two m... read more

If I could give a zero I would..Don’t move In here unless you want to be practically scammed when you go to move out! I paid my rent on time every month never caused any trouble and was a good tenant. That doesn’t matter… moved in last year August 8th moved out the 3rd of this year. We paid full months rent on the first of September last year for that month and continued to do so all the way to July for the remaining month. We gave our 60- day notice properly and everything..
