Brandy came up from er to do a iv for my grandpa. He is a mentally disabled Vietnam vet and i havent seen him laugh the way he was in long time, she was cracking him up and such a sweet person. She drives far to work here and that alone means alot. She is so awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
as an ems provider I brought a patient to the er from a nursing home with the patient being stable. The nurses and secretary in the front were very rude to us. they were mad we brought a patient to the er they stopped us in the door way to ask us ridiculous questions like " why did you bypass other hospitals to come here" or "you should be at Beverly not here ". they were very unprofessional.
RecommendedVery caring staff. Doctors and nurses efficient and kind. The hospital cleaners keep it spotless and that is so important.
The VA clinic is very good. The staff is extremely amazing to vets of all ages.
