I had went in for a physical and was having leg and back trouble. I was told it was just weight gain. No x-ray or nothing. Was still having pain so much I went to the ER. I had blood clots and was sent to the hospital overnight. I had to come back to Addison family medical and I could not be seen because I didn't have a 95 dollar copay. I have been going to the place since 2010 and they wouldn't even bill me so I can be seen. I need to see a doctor to go back to work but the receptionist didn't even care. The staff was great, friendly, professional. Dr. Duhaney was very warm and personable. I personally don't like going to the doctors office, but this was very pleasant. I went for my annual physical and i may not have out if off so long had I known it could be this easy.

Probably the best doctor ever. Helpful, courteous, great follow ups, even reminded me to come in for an allergy test after having to wait almost a year from relocating. While the comments of how rude the office staff is are somewhat accurate, I have been there before when they are nice. They've always been very helpful to me, but unfortunately helpful and nice are not synonyms. Regardless, I can't let someone who is not in charge of my healthcare put me off of the person who is.
