Worst experience I've had shopping for a vehicle in more than 48 years! Rude, contentious, combative, arrogant and very, very unprofessional! Made false allegations about my motives and intent in purchasing. ABSOLUTELY refused to send CARFAX and insisted I come in to dealership first. No other dealers I've researched over the past 2 weeks made that demand. Whoever deals with this owner...good luck. You're likely to have trouble down the road. My advice...shop elsewhere.
