I lived there for 3 1/2 years. From 2010 to 2014. The first three years were awesome. The last 6 months were awful. I was lied to about the amount I owe to break a lease and now I supposedly owe 5 times the amount that the rental office actually sent me a bill for!

I feel like everyday I wake up I'm at a resort! I can't express how much I enjoy this complex. I feel at home! The staff is unbelievably friendly and caring! Had troubles with neighbors and they handled everything and continue to follow up to this day! It's so quiet and peaceful! I enjoy sitting on my balcony and relax like I'm on a permanent vacation! I brag about this place so much that my best friend is moving here as well! Such an amazing community and the quality of the apartments is unreal! Luxury I tell ya ❤️
Really like it here! Please consider adult only pool hours (maybe 8-10 pm)? For those of us who would like to swim after work without having to hear the screaming! ... Since we, the adults, pay the rent and not the community kids ;)
We love living here! The staff is great! They get to know you, respond quickly and are always pleasant!! We also love how nice they keep the grounds and the fact they do regular maintenance to keep everything looking so nice!! We plan to live here for several years!!
