Competent management
We moved in at the end of June. I have two dogs and the start up rent was crazy high. My dogs are potty trained very well. but when we moved out they claimed the spots on the under of the carpet were from my dogs even though we know for certain it was from the leaky window they refused to fix. then they gouge us by saying all the rooms had to be replaced instead of just the one with the leak spots. the garbage is always overflowing. there is dog poop everywhere. And they quote you prices that are horrendously wrong and high.... read more
The rent goes up exponentially after the first year. They will nickel and dine you on move out charges. You can do better else where.

Edited: We just moved out and still have nothing to say but great things about this complex. I’m sure going to miss the amenities and office staff. We did receive a bill for $25 and $35 for two things we broke. We did break these things and obviously have no issue paying for them. Love living here! The amenities are top notch, great staff, clean apartment living. I also feel very safe tucked back here.
Great apartments! The apartments closest tto the pool, gazebos, BBQ Grills and pool is ideal! It seems 4943 is available soon!!
