I highly DO NOT recommend this apartment to anyone, especially someone who has a unique living situation such as my fellow military members. I have lived here twice over my four years stationed at Fort Campbell (a break inbetween for a deployment) and I will say that as a community they have gone down significantly. I will say that there are plenty of small complaints to be had of this place but the real kicker for me was their handling of military orders to cancel my lease. However I would like to clarify when you spoke with our agent you were informed that as long as we receive a copy of your orders to go in conjunction with your move out notice on or before 9/1/20 then September would be the last month that you would be financially responsible for unit. I only give this place 5stars because of Juan (Maintenance guy) he work his butt off even in the rain. He is so friendly and know just about everyone. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!! The ladies in the office 👎 seems like everyone we talk to here have the same negative Opinion about the office ladies...and i see why👎
I wish we had never moved into this complex. I've never had to give a non recommendation for a company. I just wouldn't recommend anyone waste the time or money.

Let’s just say it’s 109 outside and 83 degrees in our 3rd floor apartment-told maintenance yesterday morning first thing ac not working and the best they could do in this stifling heat is put in two window units! No doubt upper management is sitting in a nice air conditioned home right now so why in the world would they give a rats &@$ about how uncomfortable we are! Oh and they were “supposed” to try to get someone out here today🤣🤣🤣🤣
It has been nine months and counting since I vacated the property. I moved on great terms and have not received my deposit. I’ve called several times and spoken with five people to include the corporate office. I visited the leasing office in October 2018 and provided my new address. I was told the refund will be mailed. I’m certain their accounting department can verify they have extra money because I haven’t received my refund. The number on their site sends you to a call center and they do not return calls. Moved here from Arizona,did most of our communication thru phone and email.The Staff was. Rey helpful and nice. The community is great,on our move in day we already met some of our new neighbors . Thanks to the Lady's at the office for helping us make this long move a littler easier.
We lived here one year and couldn’t wait for the lease to end. Not our first apartment complex and I’m not one to complain. At first it was great. But the interior was awful our maintenance requests were never actually fixed. They’re money hungry and not family friendly. Half the office staff just aren’t intelligent and constantly messed up our requests and mail. Oh and when you review them on their website they delete your post. By far the friendliest and most helpful leasing staff I’ve ever had. The maintenance team is professional and efficient. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. I love it!
