We are a mixed practice animal hospital treating both large and small animals with the exclusion of birds and reptiles. Offering both primary care and surgical services. We currently have two full-time veterinarians. Dr. Clifford Addison is the founder of Addison Animal Hospital, and a University of Florida graduate. He established the clinic in 1990. Dr. Andrew Buergo, our associate veterinarian is a graduate of St. Matthew's Univeristy. He is available for appointments and some emergency hours.

I recently took my newly adopted dog for a visit with Dr. Addison. I was very pleased and impressed with him and his staff. I will definitely use him in the future and would highly recommend he and his staff to others.
I feel like Dr. Addison loves my doggies as much as I do. I could not be more happy with him and his office.
I will visit no other vet!!! This Dr. And his staff are amazing! Always friendly and helpful. When you see Dr. Addison get on the floor the first time with an 80lb dog he just met, it will make anyone smile. I live in NC and everytime I come to Lake City and I have questions or my puppy needs anything, I call no one else other than this office! I am so greatful for this loving place where I do not have to worry about if my pet is going to be taken care of.

This team is Top Shelf! Every member, from receptionist to DVM, is in it for the animals. Compassion for the patients and empathy with the clients. A perfect blend not seen in every veterinary practice, but so cherished when it exists. Can I give more than five stars?!
