It has been multiple times that I have booked an appointment and had to wait for 30+ minutes. When a patient isn’t feeling well the last thing they would want to do is sit and wait to be seen. I think the doctors should reduce the amount of patients they see if they are not able to stick to their schedule.
I took my son here. Very friendly staff. They had plenty of appointments available at short notice which is a nice change. The doctor was helpful and caring.
