First encounter with Ethiopian food – This was my first encounter with Ethiopian food, so I'm not sure if I have much to judge it by, but I really enjoyed dinner here. The waitress was very sweet, and even taught us how to use the bread to grab our food. Worst Ethiopian Restaurant in Chicago and USA – I have eaten at ethiopian restaurants globally and this is not a good ethiopian restaurant. I will start with the positive. They do have one of the best sambusas I have had and I recommend you try this and go somewhere else for dinner. The bread that is supposed to be soft ad spongy is hard and stale. I was very annoyed that they thought that people in Evanston were not cultured enough to know that the bread isn't supposed to be stale. The bread has to be made freshly everyday ... read more
