This place is horrid. My arrangement was supposed to be a full bouquet of flowers ONLY in a short vase, not three carnations, two roses, a hydrangea, and three or four handfuls of ferns/greenery. It was supposed to be magenta and purple. It was all a very pale pink. It was supposed to look classy and adult -- it had a bright pink polka-dotted bow on it. Having had a cold for the better part of a week, I couldn't get out to shop for Valentine's Day. I called Addie's the day before Valentine's to order a bouquet anyway. I understood that it couldn't be delivered on THE day, but to make up for it, they included a sweet "Happy Valentine's Day" balloon with the bouquet. I ordered flowers for a friend/coworker who was in the hospital - what I ordered (as discussed referring to specific photo from Addie's website) was not AT ALL what our friend received! The only comparison between the two was the purple bow. We gave them a ballpark figure of $50, as compared to a $49.95 photo arrangement on their website, but alas. What she received was sparse and looked like something a kid would have put together for his mother. Very disappointed, to say the least! I'll never use or recommend this florist ... read more
