Terrible experience. I waited four hours while they worked on my car, only for the unhinged installer/owner to completely lose it when I asked a few basic questions. He cussed me out, cut the work he’d done, and became visibly upset posturing for a fight. Totally unprofessional, unhinged and disrespectful — save yourself the time and go literally across the street to the other audio shop. This old guy belongs in the loon house, not running a business open to the public.
I went to put my setup and they over charge me and this how they install. They won’t fix the problem and won’t give you money back. I have to go somewhere else to fix the problem. Don’t go to this place manager and employees don’t care for you car. Unless you want shitty job go to this wonderful place that take your money. They lied to me about how they was going to install my system. They said they didn’t touch my stereo but that was a lie. I will be calling the better business bureau
