I just joined and did a try class which I loved. Gym is small and personable. Check back at a later date when I know more!
Jon and Melissa Bates have a wonderful facility. They inspire every member they have. The fitness facility is very clean, comfortable and welcoming. They have a first class staff who care just as much as Jon and Melissa do. They are knowledgeable and will help in any way they can.
