I regret hiring Add Solar & Electrical LLC. They charged me hidden fees that were never mentioned in the original quote. The crew was unprofessional and seemed rushed to finish the job. Now, my system isn’t working correctly, and they refuse to take responsibility. Do yourself a favor and look for a better solar provider!
Extremely disappointed with Add Solar & Electrical LLC. They misled me about the cost savings I would get from their system, and now my energy bills are barely lower than before. On top of that, their installation team left a mess and didn’t properly secure some of the panels. Not a trustworthy company!
Very thankful for Add Solar & Electrical service. I had an issue with my panels and they helped to diagnose the issue and provide the replacement parts needed and installed quickly and professionally. Their team is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Would certainly recommend.
